LEDO conducted a concept as well as development and operating strategy evaluation and validation for CSD LLC, the developer/owner of the Wayne Newton Project, a new attraction in Las Vegas, Nevada that includes the Wayne Newton Visitors Center, 660 seat Performance Theater, Museum and tour of Wayne Newton's estate, the Casa Shendandoah featuring his stable of Arabian horses,a classic car museum, personal jet and tour of his mansion. Various elements of this project are under development and/or construction.

Dream Mountain Family Theme Park - Design Program
LEDO was contracted by Gary Goddard Entertainment to to complete an operational design program for their conceptual design of the Dream Mountain Family Theme Park in Fuzhou, China. This design program included design day calculations and monthly attendance distribution, as well as typical arrival/departure patterns and instantaneous distribution of guests throughout the theme park.

The Operational design programs provided sizing and capacities requirements for the guest entry area, rides and attractions, retail, food and beverages, live entertainment, area development (walkways, planters, queue areas, restrooms and area seating), as well as support facilities.

Riverhead Resorts ( www.riverheadresorts.com )
LEDO was contracted by Riverhead Resorts LLC to develop the concept and master plan for this 740 acres destination resort project in Riverhead, Long Island, New York. LEDO has also been contracted to be the program manger to guide and direct all development and pre-opening activities for the project, as well as to be the post-opening manager of the resort. Ownership has concluded a contract with the Town of Riverhead for purchase of the land, has completed its due diligence period and is currently beginning the entitlement process. Opening is scheduled for Spring 2013.

We have completed preliminary concept development, story development and a preliminary conceptual site plan to be submitted to begin the entitlement and environmental approval process.

Dreamworld Resort Operations
LEDO International Inc. was retained by Everfashion Entertainment to complete a design program review and establish a core operational plan for the hotel and indoor/outdoor waterpark components of this destination resort under construction in Fushun, China. LEDO completed an evaluation of the current design plans and, working with the design and architectural teams, created an updated operations program for the hotel. LEDO also provided an evaluation of the current proposed operating plan for the waterpark and direction to the locally hired operating team for developing the operating scheme, systems and procedures.
