 International West - Market & Feasibility Update Culture Village - Concept Program & Planning Riverhead Resorts - Concept Development, Program Management USS Missourir Memorial Attraction Zayed Sports City International West - Market & Feasibility Update LEDO has been contracted by the City of Garden Grove to update the Market and Feasibility Study it completed for the City in 2001 for this 400 acre re-development project approximately 1.5 miles south of the Anaheim Resort in Orange County, California. International West is an innovative mix of entertainment, dining, shopping and overnight hotel accommodations. It is a lifestyle, retail entertainment district, set in a festive, high quality, high energy environment that is geared to both residents and tourists.
Culture Village - Concept Program & Planning LEDO has been engaged by Dubai Properties, a member of Dubai Holding, Dubai, UAE to provide concept development and program management suport for the entertainment components of its AED 50 billion landmark leisure and tourism project, Culture Village. LEDO has participated in a series of creative development workshops and is providing operational input, entertainment programming and design management and coordination services for the project, including program and sizing and capacities models for a heritage and maritime museum and complementary entertainment venues and activities that are part of this development. Culture Village incorporates residential, commercial and retail zones with hospitality and entertainment sub-districts into a dynamic multi-use development focusing on the importance of culture, art and entertainment in todya's lifestyle. Riverhead Resorts ( www.riverheadresorts.com ) LEDO was contracted by Riverhead Resorts LLC to develop the concept and master plan for this 740 acres destination resort project in Riverhead, Long Island, New York. LEDO has also been contracted to be the program manger to guide and direct all development and pre-opening activities for the project, as well as to be the post-opening manager of the resort. Ownership has concluded a contract with the Town of Riverhead for purchase of the land, has completed its due diligence period and is currently beginning the entitlement process. Opening is scheduled for Spring 2013.
USS Missouri Memorial Attraction LEDO has been retained by the USS Missouri Memorial Association to evaluate the current operations of the attraction, to conceive a new design and master plan for the dock-side experience and to develop a phasing strategy for implementation.
Zayed Sports City LEDO International Inc. was retained by the master developer of this approximately 340 acres mixed use development proejct in Abu Dhabi, United Emirates to investigate, define and validate potentially viable re-use concepts, design and operational standards, as well as entertainment programming for this project. The concepts needed to incorporate a 45,000 seat soccer stadium and the National Tennis Stadium which are currently on the site.
